As part of the Unified Communications product range Maxima can offer expertise in supply, install and management of conferencing comprising of both voice and data.   Video conferencing has progressed into new boundaries now allowing high definition images to sent and received simulating a real life meeting.

Although appropriate at times video meetings no longer need to be held in the boardroom.

Maxima can help customers benefit from the flexibility and mobility of desktop conferencing with the security and privacy that only a private network connection can provide.

Voice conferencing is also offered as a secure product allowing incoming calling parties to enter a PIN for verification and identifying them before entering into a conference call.  Maxima can provide this service on a shared platform or a bespoke designated platform.

Conferencing solutions are offered as either standalone or as part of a managed service.
