Using modems as a gateway to your system or entry via a secure web address, we can provide an immediate response to any system problems. This remote diagnostic facility cuts out possible delays and related costs of on-site visits. On-line, web-based, ad-hoc issue explanation and training services are also available to all of our customers.
Software Support
In addition, support from all the product authors is received and coordinated through our dedicated MFG/PRO Support Desk, to ensure a single point of contact. We have regular contact with application authors around the world.
Other Essential Services
Software updates, enhancement requests and documentation are all dealt with through the Support Desk. We also offer a comprehensive package of further support services to cover all areas of your IT infrastructure. Please contact your account manager for full details.
