IMPACT is a complete project management and implementation methodology. It is scalable, so it can be used for routine, low risk developments, up to more high-risk, complex, multi-team projects. IMPACT fulfils the requirements of our ISO9001:2000(TickIT) quality certification and has been used in hundreds of successful implementations. IMPACT has the following objectives:
