The Fully Tested and Supported Package
The customer or a consultant produces an outline requirement which is turned into a full specification by our analysts. This is then approved by the client and a fixed price & delivery date will be agreed.
Software development is completed in accordance with the requirements of our ISO90001:2000(TickIT) quality certification. It is fully tested to consistently high standards then shipped to the customer. It can then be fully supported by our Support Team.
Other Options
A cost effective way to produce reports and inquiries where the code is non-intrusive (i.e. doesn't update databases), is to have the work charged on a time and materials basis. This could well be carried out on the customer site or at our offices, with the level of documentation, testing and support agreed in advance according to the business critical nature of the work.
