• A major UK Government Executive Agency – that has renewed an IT Managed Services contract to Maxima worth some £2.35 million over 2 years
• A leading UK sports organisation – that has chosen Maxima to deliver a 3-year IT Managed Services contract valued at £0.48 million
• Leading UK developer of high quality homes – that has selected Maxima to provide a 3-year IT Managed Services contract valued at £0.45 million.

Maxima Holdings plc (AIM: MXM), the leading IT business systems and managed services company, is pleased to announce its unaudited consolidated results for the six months ended 30 November 2011.

Financial Results

• Revenues of £21.5m (H1 2011: £23.7m)
• Adjusted* profit before tax £1.0m (H1 2011: £2.3m)
• Loss before tax of £0.6m (H1 2011: Loss £0.04m) after £0.6m (H1 2011: £0.7m) of exceptional items
• Adjusted* basic earnings per share 2.2p (H1 2011: 6.4p)
• The Group had net debt of £9.9m at the end of the period (30 November 2010: £11.6m; 31 May 2011: £10.5m)
• Disposals since half year end have reduced current net debt to £4.2m

(*before amortisation of intangibles, share-based payments, and exceptional items).

January 10th, 2012: Maxima, the leading IT business systems and managed services company, has been selected by global engineering and construction group Kentz to implement an integrated, next generation CRM solution based on core Microsoft Dynamics® CRM 2011, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft business analytics software. Kentz’s Maxima solution will be rolled out worldwide and will provide the firm with powerful business development, project tracking and knowledge management capabilities across its international operations.

Being connected to email and the internet is as much of a necessity on large construction sites that without web and email access, any substantial project would risk grinding to a halt just as if there no plant or materials.

Filling this gap between what construction companies demand and what telecommunication companies can offer is Maxima’s Rapid Site Deployment solution.

“The reality is that someone working on a £2 million job doesn’t want to be wasting time dealing with telcos,” says Maxima managing director Paul Adams. “We can get people up and working with five days’ notice.”

November 15th, 2011: Maxima, the leading IT business systems and managed services company, has secured a major multi-million pound contract from Hewden - the UK’s largest multi-product specialist equipment rental company - to deliver a next generation integrated business management and CRM solution. The project will see Hewden deploy a more agile, integrated ERP and CRM approach based on Microsoft Dynamics® AX and Microsoft Dynamics® CRM 2011 software, along with sector-specific application solutions from Maxima’s own Microsoft Dynamics for the Construction Industry portfolio, including specialist HR, equipment rental and cross-hire capabilities.

Dublin and Belfast - November 9th, 2011: Maxima, the leading IT business systems and managed services company and construction industry specialist, and business software specialist Sysco Software Solutions have announced a joint partnership to deliver integrated solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics® AX ERP software suite to construction firms in Ireland. Both companies are established Microsoft Gold Certified partners for Microsoft Dynamics AX, and the joint initiative will target construction firms across Ireland and Northern Ireland with focused ERP solutions based on MAXcel, Maxima’s specialist Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP software solution for the construction industry.
