Contract successes for Maxima with Anglian Building Products Ltd & Namesco

Maxima Holdings plc (AIM: MXM), the IT business systems and managed services company, is pleased to announce further sales successes for its Business Solutions and Support Enablement Services operations.
A contract to develop and implement an ERP solution based on the company’s next generation MAXcel software suite from Anglian Building Products Ltd, alongside a multi-million pound strategic managed service agreement with Namesco, the UK-based ISP and hosting provider.
Reducing time-to-payback for Anglian Building Products Ltd
Maxima’s Business Solutions unit has secured a contract with Anglian Building Products Ltd to develop and implement a scalable ERP system based on Maxima’s specialist MAXcel business apps, and leveraging the agility and flexibility of the Microsoft Dynamics® AX platform.
According to Craig Lyon, IT Development Director at Anglian Building Products Ltd: “We’ll be using MAXcel to help manage our business process from planning, procurement and delivery through to final installation and after-sales support. We’re expecting the focus and agility of our new MAXcel solution to significantly reduce time-to-payback for Anglian Business Products.”
Helping Namesco to provide new, differentiating services
Maxima’s Support Enablement Services has also won a major multi-year strategic managed service agreement with Namesco.
Maxima will assume responsibility for the provision and management of Namesco’s ADSL platform comprising over 8,500 broadband lines to support the company’s ISP and hosting activities.
“This strategic partnership enables Namesco to provide new differentiating services with the introduction of more advanced DSL technology features,” commented Claudio Corbetta, Managing Director, Namesco.
