Maxima to implement SAP BusinessObjects EDGE Business Intelligence solution to provide real-time information and role-based dashboards for Addison Lee
Addison Lee is committed to using state-of-the-art technology to optimise the performance of its core business processes, as well as the latest navigational and scheduling tools to reduce dead mileage and reduce their CO2 emissions. Working with Maxima to implement SAP BusinessObjects at its central London headquarters will provide executive and operational managers with comprehensive, role-based real-time dashboards, allowing them to drill-down for further details, carry out root-cause analysis, as well as generating daily information and alerts on specific operational performance issues.
"We've achieved our leadership position through the systematic application of best practice technology at every stage of our business, securing performance improvement on a continuous, fraction-by-fraction basis. Applying business intelligence to our operations management was a logical choice," commented Peter Ingram, Addison Lee's IT Director. "Our business is growing rapidly, so we needed an enterprise-class business intelligence solution. When Maxima introduced us to SAP BusinessObjects Edge, we immediately saw that it would be possible for us to secure all the benefits of SAP BusinessObjects in a cost-effective package that was backed by Maxima's own specialist expertise."
