Maxima is registered to ISO9001:2008 and the TickIT Guide (Issue 5.5) for the following scope: "IT Systems Integration and Managed Services".

ISO9001:2008 is a globally recognised quality assurance standard: over 683,000 certificates have been issued in 154 countries and economies.

For the past 8 years, ISO9001:2008 has helped Maxima establish a robust management system across the company to:

  • measure and improve customer satisfaction
  • formalise, and make 'as standard', industry 'good practice' in the areas of IT service provision, project management and development
