The Assessment of Value for Money for Managed Services
This white paper addresses some of the major issues faced in the assessment of value for money when clients adopt managed services. This is based on the opinions and experiences of Vaughan Andrews, vaughan.andrews@maxima.co.uk, who is the Engagement Manager for Maxima’s Oracle Practice, in selling and delivering managed services to a wide number of clients. It addresses the twin issues of justifying cost efficiency and measuring value for money in the formation and delivery of managed services. The white paper uses examples from Maxima’s Oracle Managed Service clients to illustrate key points, but the majority of these are generic to the whole managed services industry.
