This service offering can be broken down into following methodology:

The SOA Readiness Assessment Form will allow Maxima to help assess your readiness for adopting SOA or further progressing your current SOA capability.

The findings from the Readiness assessment Form will be collated and presented to you by one of our SOA Architects. This will allow us to better understand your requirements and derive a way forward for you.

The outcome from this presentation and discussion session may result in you engaging one of our SOA Architects to develop or refine your vision and roadmap.

Credentials
Maxima have been employed working in direct partnership with an SOA Vendor to offer the client a Customer Service Front End to manage the Customer Service Desk and provide a platform for the client to expand to manage Customer Relationship Management.

The solution is based on the implementation of a Customer Service Front End which will provide the following key functions:

  • provide Global Inventory visibility across the client's operation;
  • guide the ordering process according to pre-defined business rules;
  • place and track inventory reservations;
  • capture details of actual customer requirements;

The proposed solution is to deliver a phased implementation of a custom CRM and a Services Oriented Architecture utilising messaging between the systems.
