Intellect was created by Maxima out of a desire to offer contracting, construction, and maintenance organisations a flexible, functional and efficient way of managing their financial and administrative affairs.
Maxima's first Intellect contracting and accounting solutions were installed in the early 1980's. Since then we have accumulated a wealth of expertise in understanding how individual contractors run their businesses, and how best to implement and support solutions that provide truly measurable business benefits.
This year we have committed to an additional 400 man days for development of the Intellect product ensuring continued support whether you installed it years ago or looking to install it now.
The Intellect accounting and business administration software comprises twenty-five fully featured application modules that match the different activities involved in a company's business cycle. These modules, which are developed as part of a single suite which can be run independently, or if required fully integrated, all have a consistent look and feel which enable users to easily follow information around the company.
By listening to the contractors every day, the important issues can be channeled into Intellect's continual development programme. This enables an Intellect system to meet the changing accounting and business needs for years to come.
